  • Toshiba v. Imation et al. (W.D. Wis.) – local counsel in a patent dispute in the Western District of Wisconsin (representing Toshiba) that concerned recordable DVD technology
  • Fujitsu v. Netgear (W.D. Wis.) – local counsel in a patent dispute in the Western District of Wisconsin (representing Netgear) that concerned WiFi technology and 802.11 WiFi standards
  • Mommsen v. Toyota (W.D. Wis.) – co-counsel for plaintiff in a crashworthiness case that resulted in a favorable liability verdict against Toyota after an 11-day jury trial in which the jury found Toyota negligent in its design and testing of its passenger restraint system (the case settled before the damages phase of the trial)
